*1 - simple full body meaning little to no complicated patterns and background that is undetailed.
*2 - complex full body meaning patterns, comlex and detail backgrounds, weird perspectives etc.
TOS
1. I keep to my own art style, and I will turn down commissions to emulate other styles.
2. My prices are non-negotiable.
3. I take payment as a paypal transfer (for friends and family) but not checks in any form.
4. I will not draw any nsfw stuff deemed extreme with only exception being gore.
5. I wont draw humans in my art I draw only furries aka anthros.
6. I can do alternative versions of the artwork with pricing being discussed depending on the changes.
7. I start the drawing process after receiving 50% of the price.
8. I can deliver pieces in a time period around 2 months.
9. I don't allow my work to be used for training any forms of computer generation and akin, including
but not limited to llm's; image to image generation tools; text to image generation tools; etc.
10. I will not draw anything violating Polish law.
11. Commercial use and profit use has to be discussed with me before payment of the commission and I
reserve the right to deny drawing in this case.
12. I only accept changes during the sketching phase and the shading phase.
13. I can refund the upfront payment if the cancelation happened before the sketch was finished,
in any other cases i don't offer refunds.
14. I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or
use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
15. I reserve the right to deny commissions or changes.
